These words are the motto of, and incorporated into the seal of the Redemptorists. They were chosen by St. Alphonsus to guide the congregation he founded, as they expressed his own most profound experience of God.

In the Preaching and Prayer section of this website we hope to provide you with an understanding of Redemptorist Spirituality, the teachings of St Alphonsus and to provide a selection of prayers that you may find helpful.
