Blessed Maria Celeste Crostarosa OSsR...
For years we have been calling her "Venerable" but we must now call her by her new title as she was declared "Blessed" in Foggia Italy by Cardinal Angelo Amato, who was representing the Holy Father Pope Francis.
Our sisters, the nuns who normally are enclosed, came from all over the world, making this the largest group of Redemptoristines nuns ever gathered!
It was a day of deep joy for the Redemptorist family - OSsR and CSsR
Our Provincial, Fr Ronnie McAinsh and his Vicar, Fr Richard Reid met the Irish Provincial, Fr Dan Baragry CSsR and four of our sisters from the Dublin Monastery Sr Lucy, the Prioress, Sr Gabrielle, Sr Magdalena and Sr Alena OSsR - they made the pilgrimage together.
