Erdington Abbey celebrates 100 years of CSsR presence...

The confreres came from Scotland, Liverpool and London (not forgetting Zimbabwe)

to celebrate 100 years of our presence in the Erdington Abbey.

In this picture we have Rt Rev'd Ralph Heskett CSsR, Bishop of Hallam,

the Rev'd Dean, the V. Rev'd Fr Elias Gweme CSsR, Rector and Parish Priest and

Fr Provincial, Richard Reid CSsR.

Many confreres and visiting clergy who came to celebrate.

The community being presented with a Papal Blessing from Pope Francis

to mark the occasion of 100 years.

The Mission team who led a week's Mission preaching to mark the centenary.

Two out of the three of them were Rectors and Parish Priests of the Abbey Parish.
