CSsR Perpetual Profession in the Roman Province...
Sunday, September 3, 2023 in our church of San Gioacchino in Rome, two of our confreres issued the Perpetual Profession of vows of Poverty, Chastity and Obedience, together with the vow and oath of Perseverance:

Both prepared, together with three other confreres from other Units, for the profession with the month of spiritual renewal, which took place last July in Svatá Hora (Czech Republic).
The solemn celebration of the Profession was presided over by the Provincial Superior of Rome, Fr. Antonio Cirulli, and also attended the Vicar General Fr. François Stanula, the General Councillor Fr. Nicolas Ayouba and the Coordinator of the Conference of Europe Fr .Johannes Römelt.
The celebration was attended by the confreres of the Roman communities of San Gioacchino, Monterone and S. Alfonso, from other communities in the Province of Rome and Naples, from the College of Major and two confreres from the Province of Lviv.
The Provincial Superior emphasized in the homily the importance of a life entirely consecrated to God and to the service of the brothers, especially the most abandoned, without compromise with today's individualistic mentality or search for comfort and easy accommodation.
The two confreres belong to the Province of Rome: they issued the temporary profession in 2019, after the year of novitiate in Ciorani, “Mother House of the Congregation”, they completed their theological studies at the Pontifical Lateran University, being part of the community of the Interprovincial Studentate of Rome.
Fabrizio Podda, 29, is a native of San Sperate, in the Archdiocese of Cagliari, and after his theological studies he lived a year of pastoral experience in the Province of London, precisely in the community of St Mary's in Clapham (London).
Gianluigi Colucci. 25 years old, is a native of Francavilla al Mare, in the Archdiocese of Chieti-Vasto, and after his theological studies he spent the year of pastoral experience at our Mission of Albania, working mainly in our Parish of S. Alfonso a Kamëz (Tirana).
